Effects
Eligible Skill: Choose a skill purchased with Build Points that has already been spent that day. Normal times-per-day skills are eligible, including one spell slot, provided they conform to the current NERO rules.
Excluded Resources: Item powers, production skills, and special abilities cannot be renewed.
Formal Magic: The recipient may renew one level of Formal Magic solely to cast a Cantrip, not to perform Formal Magic.
Slay And Assassinate: Refreshing Critical Slay or Assassinate normally returns only its 100-damage use. A 200-damage use cannot be selectively renewed unless every other Slay or Assassinate has already been refreshed by other means.
Recipient Limit: A character can benefit from only one Inspiration per skill reset period. Additional castings have no effect until after the next reset.
